Dr. Seema Sharma is an esteemed educator and Director of Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education, Narela. With Masters degrees in Commerce, Computer Science, Education, and Psychology, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her academic pursuits. As a prolific researcher and dedicated mentor, Dr. Sharma has published numerous papers in prestigious national and international journals, completed five minor research projects, and mentored over ten thousand students.

Her contributions to teacher training programs at institutions like IGNOU and SCERT have furthered her reputation as a respected resource person. Dr. Sharma's innovative teaching practices and commitment to educational excellence earned her two 'Best Faculty' awards, as well as accolades from the Pallanhar Sanstha.
